1. Agreement

By accessing or using Turfy (the "Platform"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. Turfy is operated in partnership with The Web Xperts. Contact: hello@thewebxperts.co.

2. What Turfy does

Turfy helps players discover padel and cricket venues, view court-oriented information, and initiate bookings through a workflow that typically continues on WhatsApp with the venue. Turfy is not a party to the contract between a player and a venue for court hire, payment, or refunds unless we explicitly offer a separate payment or guarantee product in the future (these Terms would be updated).

3. Player obligations

• You use venue information and booking tools fairly and lawfully.
• You understand that confirming payment, deposits, cancellations, and on-day arrangements are between you and the venue unless stated otherwise on the venue page.
• You do not misuse the Platform (no scraping, hacking, harassment, or fraud).

4. Venue partner obligations

• You provide accurate listing information (hours, prices, sports, location, contact).
• You honour commitments you make to players in WhatsApp or in person.
• You keep admin credentials secure and notify us if you suspect unauthorised access.
• You comply with applicable laws (including consumer and tax rules) for your own business.

5. Fees for venues (per booking)

Listing on Turfy may be offered at no upfront charge. For confirmed bookings that are recorded through the Platform (or otherwise attributed under your venue agreement), the venue partner agrees to pay Turfy a flat platform fee of PKR 100 per completed booking ("Platform Fee"), unless a different rate is agreed in writing between the venue and Turfy.

Invoicing, billing cycle, and payment method (for example monthly invoice or automated deduction if we enable billing integrations) will be specified in your venue onboarding or order form. Late payment may result in suspension of listing features. The Platform Fee does not include any taxes; applicable taxes are added where required by law.

Players do not pay Turfy for court hire through these Terms; player charges are between the player and the venue unless we launch a separate paid player product.

6. Intellectual property

Turfy owns the Platform software, branding, and content we create. Venues grant Turfy a licence to display their provided logos, photos, and text for operating the service.

7. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every listing is error-free. Venues are responsible for their facilities and compliance.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Turfy and The Web Xperts are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss arising from player–venue disputes. Our aggregate liability arising out of these Terms is limited to the greater of (a) the Platform Fees you paid to us in the three months before the claim or (b) PKR 5,000, except where liability cannot be limited by law.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, legal risk, or non-payment of Platform Fees. Venues may request delisting subject to outstanding fees and wind-down of active commitments.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Courts in Pakistan shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance of material changes where permitted by law.
