For players
- Who do I call to book a court?
- Turfy does not take bookings by phone. Open the venue page, pick a slot, and continue on WhatsApp with that venue. The Turfy support number and email are only for platform help (listings, technical issues) — not for reserving courts.
- Do I pay through Turfy?
- No. Turfy does not process online payment for court bookings today. After you reserve a slot, you continue on WhatsApp with the venue and pay them the way they accept (cash, bank transfer, etc.).
- Is my time guaranteed until I pay?
- You message the venue on WhatsApp first. The slot typically shows as fully booked after the venue records your booking in Turfy—so send their advance promptly if they require it to hold the court.
- Do I need an account to browse?
- You can browse venues and courts without signing up. Completing the booking flow uses WhatsApp with the venue’s number.
- How do session length and times work?
- Pick how long you want to play, choose a date, then a start time on the 30-minute grid. We only show courts that are free for that full stretch.

- What does it cost to list on Turfy?
- Listing on Turfy is free. Bookings through Turfy are also free for venue owners right now — Turfy is not charging any platform fee during this early growth phase. Later, when Turfy scales, venue partners (not players) may pay a flat platform fee per completed Turfy booking — planned around PKR 100 unless a separate written agreement applies. This is not active today.
- How do players reach me?
- Players discover your venue on Turfy, pick a slot, and open WhatsApp with a pre-filled message. You stay in control of confirmation and payment.
- Can I unpublish my venue?
- Yes, from your admin dashboard. Any active commitments with players remain your responsibility.
